It's almost May. The year is almost half over and I have only been to the mountains once, and that was two weeks ago. I love the mountains. I want to retire in montana where I can live in rockies, but for now I live in Washington. So many places to hike, and there's only so few saturdays this summer. Some places I want to go this summer are:
Mt Adams
Mt. Colchuck or Dragontail Peak (pictured)
Mt. Index or the one next to it.
the north cascades
learn how to travel on glaciers
Necklace valley
Echo and Observation Rock
I don't even know when the next chance I'll get to go out is. When I get the chance, I will take it. I feel like I'm where I was made to be when I'm in the forest or the mountains.

I'm sorry you haven't been able to get out more this year. I really hope you accomplish all of your goals this summer. But even more, I wish I could accomplish them with you!
You should take up fishing..It is a great outdoor sport as well.
Salt water fishing is great...but I'm not much for fresh water fishing. 'Just isn't as fun to me.
